On a steep jungle site outside Ubud in Bali, this project is to create a series of gardens around a new house.
The gardens include a series of courtyards, pools, level changes and plantings which are carefully interwoven with the architecture and surrounding landscape. Further down the hillside, wild gardens and cultivated terraces descend to a temple and natural swimming pool by the river.
